Voter turnout among Oklahomans is expected to be higher than usual in Tuesday’s presidential primary, according to the State Election Board. That’s good news in a state that has experienced a decline over the years in voter participation. Oklahoma Watch reporter Brad Gibson looks at what’s being done, and has yet to be tried, to increase voter turnout.
