Oklahoma Watch is dedicated to promoting transparency in government and other public proceedings, as ensured under the First Amendment, state Open Records Act, Open Meeting Act and U.S. Freedom of Information Act.

We strive every day to penetrate barriers to accessing records, data, meetings, communications, reports and multimedia in the possession of government and other organizations.

But that mission is not ours alone. You, too, have the right to obtain public records and attend what are or should be open meetings.
