Oklahoma Watch Radio takes a closer look at the issues surrounding principal turnover at one high school, Tulsa McLain. Community members who support the school want a larger role in helping make the selection. But most of all, they want someone who will be collaborative, vested in the community, and be willing to stay for many years.
