Oklahoma Watch has received grants from The Reva and David Logan Foundation and the Arnall Family Foundation Fund.

The Chicago-based Reva and David Logan Foundation provided a $25,000 grant to help fund general operating expenses consistent with Oklahoma Watch’s nonprofit charitable and educational activities. Oklahoma Watch produces investigative journalism on public-policy and quality-of-life issues in the state.

The family foundation’s purpose is to “promote truth and justice, to relieve the burdens of the oppressed, and to hold the powerful to account.”

The Oklahoma City-based Arnall Family Foundation Fund awarded a $10,000 grant for Oklahoma Watch’s year-long series, “Kids in Peril,” that examines how the state’s most significant problems affect the lives of children. The series will feature in‐depth stories, community-specific data, multimedia, public forums and social media coverage.

The Arnall Family Foundation’s vision is “to make lasting, transformative improvements to the systems and programs that serve at-risk children in our community.”
