The company that manages Epic Charter Schools in Oklahoma refuses to provide state auditors details about how it spends millions of dollars provided by the state on students’ extra activities. In California, that spending out of Epic’s “learning fund” is public record. Most of the money over two years went to two private home-school organizations.
